We know how to raise beef that is healthier, fresher and ethically grown using regenerative farming practices that actually improve the environment. You can invest in a full, 1/2. 1/4 or even 1/8 share of beef that you decide how you want it processed and what cuts you want to get back. And yes, you are welcome to come see our farm and farming practices.

We invested in a commercial freezer trailer to help you overcome this problem too.

When we have our beef processed by USDA inspected local processors we can offer our Piedmontese beef by the individual cut.

No freezer space, no problem. Steaks, roasts burger and briskets, we sell them all by the pound. Vacuum sealed and weight stamped by the USDA processor, you can pick you favorite cuts as you need them.

We have used imported Italian Piedmontese semen and registered Piedmontese cows and heifers to build our seedstock program.

Whether you want to raise Fullblood registered Piedmontese or Piedmontese crosses to take advantage of increased yield percentages with your current stock, we can fill your needs. You can buy a tested herd bull, raise your own Piedmontese bull or heifer calf, or get a jump start with a bred heifer for a two for one deal.
